Rockin A Design is owned by Amy Horn.  The boutique storefront has been open for 5 years in historic downtown Dalhart, Texas. She started with her western tee brand in 2015, and is nearing the 10 year mark with this brand! Amy designs and prints her tees in her location and has also started designing women’s apparel which carries the Rockin A brand.
